Depois do eclipse aberto:
- Vá em Help\Software Updates\Find and Install
- Selecione a segunda opção (informando que eu buscava por novas
features)
- Selecione o update site do Callisto apenas
- Selecionei o JST, Webtools e Visual Editor
- Cliquei em "Select Required"
- Finish
