As a J2EE-compliant application server, self or 3P hosting the solution allows for document preparation, document archiving and other back-end needs, to manage and customize the presentation, consent, review, signing and delivery of regulated documents and disclosures over the web, as well as transaction variables and exceptions.

Managing Transaction Variables and Exceptions.

Safedocs replicates your existing transactional process in an electronic environment by providing the flexibility to manage transaction variables and exceptions. Transaction variables include support for multiple signers and signatures, multiple documents and formats, multiple user authentication methods (out-of-wallet credentials, transaction IDs, username / password, etc.) and multiple signing methods (click-to-sign, live signature capture)

Transaction exceptions include the ability to update documents, suspend transactions and notify users of updates, as well as providing users with the ability to save and exit their online session and print documents during a transaction.

As users move through the web transaction, Safedocs captures and stores all unique transactional information in the final electronic record to produce strong electronic evidentiary facts, and secures it using digital signature technology so that no changes can be made without visible detection. The electronic evidence is permanently embedded in the audit trail of the document so that it travels with it at all times.
